Meet Our Attorney

Hillary Harms Becchetti, Esq.

Hillary's first job was in a dental office. Both of her parents were dentists and she grew up filing, sterilizing, mowing the lawn and answering phones at her parents' practice in the south metro. Almost every family vacation was wherever the ADA conference happened to be that year, so she has spent her whole life surrounded by dentists. Her mother, Kimberly Harms, DDS, was the first woman president of the Minnesota Dental Association and, despite being retired, she continues to be a national spokesperson for the ADA.

Hillary graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2004. She graduated Hamline University School of Law in 2007. Hillary was a judicial law clerk for Ramsey County from 2008-2009 and specifically for now retired Judge Gail Chang Bohr from 2009-2012. In 2012, Hillary decided to focus her legal career on dental transactions when her parents decided to retire and needed her help. Since 2012, Hillary has focused her practice on dental transactions and estate planning. Hillary has contributed to articles written by Dr. Harms in dental journals, including an article that was awarded the International College of Dentists Leadership award for 2016. Hillary has also been invited to numerous speaking engagements for Minnesota dental groups and associations discussing legal issues that dentists face in their practice. Hillary lives in Lino Lakes, MN with her husband and three daughters.
